I’ll provide short-term consultations or guide an entire project from initial site selection through completion of construction.
Matching you with the right architect, engineers and contractors will make sure your project meets all requirements for Essential Services buildings, including CBC requirements, OSHA regulations and NFPA standards.
I have worked in the public and private sectors, with governing boards, volunteer and paid staff, citizen committees, architects, engineers, code/inspection authorities, contractors and suppliers. I work on an hourly rate so you won’t be locked into a contract and I can provide everything from general advice to complete project coordination.
My services are ideally suited to small to medium-sized fire departments.
